This place is not for a specific person, anyone can end up here. It has no favorites. Any situation or circumstance could land you in the Safe Haven because we haven’t managed our thoughts well.

This book is for male, female, teenager or young adult that find themselves living in thoughts and have no way out. Whether you are hearing voices or making them up as I did, there is a way out. Jesus Christ has given us a way of escape through His word. It is the tool that I used to come into the healthy mind and thought life I have today.
